Fight against the SAVE Act Now

The SAVE Act requires proof of citizenship before you can register to vote. Under SAVE you have to go physically to a voting office to re-register to vote. More than 21,000 women in Henderson County could lose their right to vote if the SAVE Act is passed.

Action Item Update: Non-Citizen Voter Rules Public Comments

Proposed State Board of Election rules would implement a memorandum of agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that would provide DHS access to all North Carolina voter registrations.
