Taking back our courts is a primary focus of the NCDP. Their plan starts now, with re-electing Anita Earls, Toby Hampson and John Arrowood and electing Christine Walczyk.

The stakes are high. Voting rights, gerrymandering, school funding, and more, are being impacted by a Republican-controlled court that, instead of being unbiased, has turned to an ultra-conservative agenda.
