Our calendars have become busy! That’s a good thing, but it makes it difficult to keep up with everything that’s happening.
HCDP’s new All-in-One Bulletin Board includes candidate events, our own HCDP events and even community events sponsored by local organizations working to create positive change in Henderson County.
Updated weekly, the Bulletin Board will help Henderson County Dems & Friends stay informed about a wide variety of opportunities, from candidates’ front porch conversations to Get-Out-the-Vote training opportunities; from rallies sponsored by our allies to informative programs put on by non-profits.
Please help us spread the word! While we will continue to share several types of news items on our social media accounts and blog, we encourage everyone to bookmark the new Bulletin Board and make a habit of checking it often.
Do you have an event to share? Here’s how to get it on the Bulletin Board:
Email the details about your event to info@myhcdp.com
Let us know if this is a candidate event, an HCDP event, or a community event. It will be identified accordingly
Include your name and contact information and a link if available
Put EVENTS PAGE in the subject line
The Bulletin Board will be updated each Monday
The 2026 midterm election is our chance to stop the chaos and destruction that MAGA and Trump have brought into our lives, and we need to be ready. HCDP is ramping up to expand our Get Out The Vote program and other efforts. Our candidates are putting themselves on the front line in the fight to strengthen communities and protect our democracy. And area non-profits are working tirelessly to help the vulnerable who have been harmed by Hurricane Helene, cuts to social services, and other misfortunes. We hope the Bulletin Board will help us work as efficiently as possible.
Sharing the news about the Bulletin Board could also be a great way to start talking to people who may not have been involved with Democratic efforts in the past, so please share far and wide! Link: HCDP BULLETIN BOARD
