A Weekend of Action to Mark 100 Days before the Election

July 24, 25 and 26 will be a huge weekend of action here in Henderson County and throughout North Carolina.

Friday, July 24 -- Canvass with us at 10:30 a.m. We'll leave from our offices, 2024F Asheville Highway. Just show up or sign up here.

Saturday, July 25 -- We start with Morning Momentum, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. at the VFW, 900 N Main Street, Hendersonville. You'll meet Judges Toby Hampson and Christine Walczyk, both experienced judges running for NC Appellate Court. They'll talk about why we need more Democrats on our courts.

Join us at 9:30 for socializing and breakfast eats & treats; program starts at 10:15. 

We'll start a canvass session right after this session, at 11:30, from the VFW. We'll start another at 3 p.m. from Trailside Brewing, 873 Lennox Park Dr. Just show up or sign up here.

Later Saturday, try our fun "Speed Date Your Candidates." Meet 5 candidates running for important local and state offices, with 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. sessions.

Sunday, July 26 -- Two canvassing sessions starting from our office, 2024F Asheville Highway. at noon and at 3:30 p.m. Just show up or sign up here.

Canvassing is the most effective way to connect with voters and activate them to show up at the polls in November. You don't have to go through training or be experienced. Just be enthusiastic! We'll pair you with someone who has canvassed before. We also need drivers, if that feels more comfortable to you.

We hope you'll join this weekend of action -- 100 days before election, Democrats are knocking doors throughout North Carolina to support our candidates. And we need you!
