Candidate Filing is now in progress!
In addition to US congressional elections, there are openings for Henderson County’s NC House and Senate, plus several County Commissioner and County School Board positions.
Candidate filing opens on February 24th and closes March 4th at noon.
Candidates for national and statewide offices must file with the State Board of Elections. Most other candidates file at Henderson County Board of Elections.
